Stefano Lodola　ステファノ・ロドラ

 

Italian residing in Tokyo. Engineer and management by training, in the last year of study I realized that I was disgusted with the Corporation and inclined to indipendent living, free thinking and creation in the arts. Currently, my main activities are mostly based in Japan and include: singing opera (I’m a tenor); lecturing and writing treatises on cultural, social and ethical issues; providing indipendent consultancy to Italian firms aiming at the Japanese market; volunteering; studying every possible branch of science. I too am confused.

東京在住イタリア人。工学と経営学を専攻し、勉強の末にビジネスよりも主体的な生き方と自由な思想と芸術的な創造に興味があることに気がついた。現在日本を根拠地とし、主な活動の中にオペラ演奏（テノール）；文化・社会・ライフスタイル・倫理にまつわる講演と執筆；日本市場への進出のためイタリア企業向けコンサルティング；あらゆる分野の学問。本人も混乱している。

Temo che anche il mio silenzio sia stato offensivo. Davvero, non so che dire. Condoglianze?

Dev’esser per questo che mi è venuta voglia di guardare questo film, masticando con inusitato gusto uno stinco di maiale.

Malawi: Tobacco plantations poison child workers　タバコの葉摘みで身体を壊す子どもたち　～マラウィの調査報告～

Almost 100,000 children who toil on Malawian tobacco estates for up to 12 hours a day are exposed to “extremely high levels of nicotine poisoning,” according to a report released by a children’s rights group. London-based Plan International’s ‘Hard work, little pay and long hours’ study found that labourers as young as five suffer severe symptoms from absorbing “up to 54 milligrams a day of dissolved nicotine through their skin,” the equivalent of 50 cigarettes a day.
